Welcome to Trinity's Emerald Triangle
Disguised as middle-aged tourists, Trinity and her husband carry millions of dollars across I-80, the nation’s largest drug corridor, to the clandestine and alchemical world of NorCal. In exchange, their youngest son sends them home with loads of weed. Caught in the cross hairs of history between states’ rights and the Fed’s overreaching power, they face double standards, violent disagreement on policy enforcement, and utter confusion about the black-market marijuana industry. Its pragmatic, sometimes comical, point of view reveals Trinity’s flawed but earnest and resilient family as they struggle through the gauntlet of their lives. With soulful devotion, the fierce mother and wife finds her own voice, tells her own true story; my story. I am Trinity.
